Email Notification Disabled, Forum flooding mail server Options

Hello,

I've disabled email notification because it's causing our server to slowdown. In the meantime, you can change your notification settings by:

1. Clicking on your name beside Logged in as:
2. Click on Settings:
3. Under Notification Options
4. On New Comments and New Friends, choose Notify Via Personal Message (PM)
5. Click Save Settings
